Okay Folks, there is some incredible information in here. What Randy is doing is the best thing since sliced bread. When you begin to listen to these programs you will quickly see that this is where WE begin to take our country back from these public officials that have usurped any and most of the false/presumed authority. It is time to get a backbone, pick up your cross and protect your family and your rights.

Russell filed UCC-1 and is a member of the Pimbina Indian Nation. Randy goes on to talk about an officer's failure to identify. Rodney calls in (CI) and identifies one of the above mentioned required procedures. The devil is in the details.

Russell from Texas "calls back in from previous program" (CBIFPP) Randy and Russell discuss standing. This is good. Randy really lays out a plan. Juror screening, Hmmmm watch your mail for surveys for the court. Sounds like pre-meditated juror tampering.
2nd Hour: Rodney calls in and the topic moves on to Open Records. On Randy's web site are some blank forms ie. Contact Sheets, Open Records Request, Scope and Records Request, Information Request Scope and Content. Right out of the 552 Government code. This is a really good outline to listen to. Randy's trick in getting a recorded conversation entered in to court.

1st hour: R&D go over the details of filing a criminal complaints and open records. Here is a good example why you need to read the code. This example refers to `Failure to Yield to the Right of way` This is great detail. 2nd hour goes into the setup - The judge thinks he is safe - who is going to do what with your complaint. How to deal with the bottom feeders in the justice system. DON'T ARGUE. How to bushwhack. 2nd Hour: This is loaded with tons of intense situations. A must! Randy goes on to explain that it is the Prosecuting Attorney (PA) that he generally wants to go after. Setting them up for the STING. Randy talks about Leon the trucker driver. Russell from TX calls in. You can beat the rap but you can't beat the ride. Greg calls in: He asks about filing. Randy talks about CC's being secreted from the GJ. Joseph from TX talks about the definition of law. 20.09 Code of Criminal Procedures: "The GJ shall investigate in to all criminal accusations that comes to their knowledge by the Prosecuting Attorney or any other person", Joe goes into right to travel and other good topic well worth listening to.

Greg asks about BARR cards. Russell asks about Federal complaints. Bernadette is not getting action from her attorney, Randy explains to her what she needs to do about it. Judge called her anti-government, STAND DOWN, your are BIAS. Judge filed a default judgement that wasn't stamped. Greg is back on, Randy talks about BARR grievance, judicial misconduct and obstruction of justice. There is no law that prohibits you from going to the Grand Jury. Don't get upset, Don't let anybody push your buttons, If you lose your cool they win. Take charge and learn how to push their buttons. Randy talks about his demand to disband the Grand Jury. Case law, if a judge fails to properly apply the law abuses his discretion.

1st hour: Mr. Wolf at the E&E Browns place. This is great, being followed by a cop. They jump out and confront the office with a camera. No man ever won a war dying for his country. Greg from Alabama calls in, Randy really lines it out on the bushwack. This is GOOD! Eddie calls in, Randy explains the constraints of the Supreme Court and lower courts. This is good detail. Eddie talks more about a friend and Police abuse. Randy goes into another layout of detail. This is good also! Conversation changes to T Kryer. He beat the IRSThugs. So excited but ran out of time.

1st hour: Debra did not miss a beat, right back on track with Kryer. He held the court to show jurisdiction but statute. Don't let the Judge litigate from the bench, make sure you show them the law. It is your responsibility. Rodney makes a good point. Get a copy of the transcript and the brief for yourself. so that you understand it. Don't go on hear say. Bernadette calls in, conversation goes into removal to federal court. JURISDICTION. Randy suggests the use of FINDLAW, LEXIS, WESTREPORT, FEDERAL REPORTER. Time to kick the Judge, :-) Randy continues to discuss how people know that the courts are doing it wrong, cover all the points of law. Then go after them in a higher court co-laterally. Don't argue with them, go to a higher authority. (KRIS Listen to THIS). Randy sued the county for 11 million dollars. Do you think he could find an Attorney to represent him? Snowballs chance in you know where. Appointed counsel begins to unwind.
2nd hour: Randy begins to go over the code, Official Oppression, Neglect of Duty, Duty of Officers, Effect of Conduct, Randy reads a statute about the Conduct of this State. He says I don't have any idea what this means (Randy, talk with John A. in SC. He'll explain this state). Walden calls in, Making a plead for people to get involved. Debra rails on 9-11 and taking Fed in to State court. I like it!

2nd hour: Corey Roe, Loose Change, Roe showed the Sheriff his papers, Sheriff (derelict) arrested him away. The Sheriff should have made a phone call before transporting Roe. The Sheriff needs to be arrested for false imprisonment. Randy discusses the writ of habeas Corpus that was denied by the court and the writ of right. TX judges have a rule that has reduced. your right to a privilege. Hmmm? Randy gives a really good explanation of rules, code and procedures. Randy talks about the story in detail with the DA, Bailiff and the DA's Investigator. This is not over, it is a story in progress. Randy goes on to discuss a court of inquiry. Sounds like a sledgehammer to me.

1st hour: Debra is jammin, Randy begins to read the code. He is serious about you reading the code. If you don't know it, when will you know when they break one while dealing with you. Jurisdiction has no statute of limitations. Think about this for a bit. Don't ignore them thinking they don't have jurisdiction. If you ignore them, they will act upon you as if they do have jurisdiction. Remember they are the ones wearing the hardware. Kenny from CA calls in: asks about warrants, this was on a traffic ticket in TX. Randy, send a letter to the court, requesting the amount of bail, then write them out a bail form. What is the difference between bail and a bond? Art 17.13 of TX code. Request to lift the warrant(s) and enter motions. Listen to this to find out how you have been hoodwinked in the traffic court(s). Back to the Code, This is cool. Interference with a public servant. Screaming at him does not inhibit him. Hmmm? Read the CODE PEOPLE. Culpability!
2nd hour: Do they ignore the code or have they never read it? PEOPLE read the code, at least once, twice is better. Jurisdiction, Oath of Office, Not a Commercial Driver, Kidnapping, go after them folks! If you read the code once, you will know it better than these wicked officials. Randy explains the politics within the Judicial System. Russell calls in: This is some really good detail, a must LISTEN. For Russell, this all focused around the filing of UCC-1 and filing a lien against public officials. Rodney calls in and discusses Russell's situation in more detail.

Dogs, fire hose, intimidated, they kept his shirt and shoes and told him to walk back to the gathering (60 miles). These THUGS are criminals. Randy lays out the strategy for the folks that at were at the gathering. Randy talks about state and federal thugs jurisdiction. Do they have it or not? Debra talks about the bubble gun. Okay folks. These THUGS are going to be aiming for your head. Why my head? For the mace to be effective. People are going to loose eye sight or incure brain damage. But it is just a paint ball. Whatever, have you ever been hit by a paintball at 200 fps. It will leave a bruise 1.25" in diameter and a welt 3/8 of an inch high. This is the same speed of an arrow from a low pound bow. It is lethal! Ask any deer! These THUGS are running their bubble guns between 400 and 600 fps. At this velocity, if a person was hit in a eye or on the temple, would more than likely result in death. Why are they running these control guns at 3, 4 times their effective speed?. At 200 fps it will render you blind. Just ask a young girl here in my hometown. Randy talks about taking this to the FBI. Why to the FBI?
2nd hour: Randy opens with the writ of right. You need to listen to this and the dynamics of the rules. IMMUNITY, They think they have it and you are convinced that they do. Randy goes into a very good detailed explanation of the mind set of these public officials and explains the strategy in equal detail. THIS IS A MUST LISTEN! Am I on the air? I got a burp. Caller asks about filing criminal complaints against officials in New York city regarding 9/11. Randy talks about statutory states verses commonwealth states.
