1st the why. I listen to mostly archived radio programs such as The Rule of Law while I am driving so generally speaking, I am not able to take copious notes. I do have a mid size note pad that I jot down the statutes that go to the point that I am interested in.

2nd how I use it: When I am ready to do my research, I am able to go directly to the state statute that was discussed whether it be Texas, Florida, Oregon whatever. I then look at the verbiage in the statute title and definition. Generally I cut and paste it into a word document so I can add notes and for quick reference. Then I go to my own state and hunt down the statute(s) that go to the same point. I can't begin to tell you how much time this has saved me in tracking down the statutes in my state.
